At the very most, Paul could theoretically appear in the form of flashforwards or visions, but seeing as he does not fit into the timeline of the series, it would not make logical sense for him to be featured in a main or supporting capacity. As is the case with Chalamet's Paul, all of the characters in Dune: Part One and Dune: Part Two exist 10,000 years after the events of Dune: Prophecy. So unless any of them are secretly thousands of years old, none of the original Dune characters will be featured in Dune: Prophecy. Of course, the closest links that the show will have to the original characters in the movies will be Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson) and Reverend Mother Mohiam (Charlotte Rampling), who are both esteemed members of the Bene Gesserit in Villeneuve's movies.
