Once Human: How To Change Worlds
Changing Worlds in Once Human essentially involves swapping to a new instance on the same server: a potentially great idea for anyone searching for quieter Worlds. With limited server capacity and eager survival game fans jumping in, space is currently at a premium in Once Human. Changing Worlds provides access to different instances, potentially with more build space, and allows players to join their friends online.
Despite the privacy concerns surrounding Once Human, this new entry in the open-world survival MMO genre has seen hundreds of thousands of players join its servers. Unfortunately, changing Worlds doesn't solve server capacity issues, but it can help players join the same instances as their friends to complete quests and build bases.

Learn How To Hop Between Different Instances On The Same Server
To change Worlds in Once Human, locate a Teleportation Tower and hold G when prompted to select a new World. This is a fairly simple process, and Teleportation Towers become available early on after players first enter the open world proper. Teleportation Towers are also visible on the in-game map as signal tower icons and can be set to active, making them visible on the in-game HUD.
By following the main story quest, the first Teleportation Tower will unlock at the Deadsville settlement. This serves as a handy point for swapping between worlds and for fast travel. Each world on the list displays its current population status, so it's an entirely viable approach to prioritize servers with fewer players if needed.
Once visited, Teleportation Towers also become fast travel points; however, there is a cooldown period between each use.
Surviving out in the wilderness in Once Human isn't particularly challenging, but Teleportation Towers are still useful to have. Vehicles, including a motorcycle, are also available, and can be used to cut down travel times. However, players may need to travel far away from their claimed Territories and home bases to explore, complete quests, and gather resources, so the ability to instantly fast travel becomes incredibly useful.
As mentioned above, changing your World in Once Human essentially amounts to swapping to a new instance. The player character retains their inventory, including their gear and resources, but other things including Territory and any base structures stay behind. However, bases and Territory can still be transferred to new instances using the Build Menu.
Once Human's servers can get surprisingly busy, so changing worlds and moving to a new instance can offer some valuable breathing room. Players can find new areas for their Territory, claim resources, and group up with friends for some co-op survival gameplay.
