The first Big Brother 26 Head of Household (HOH), Angela Murray, has made the first nominations of the season, and they are Lisa Weintraub, Kimo Apaka, and Kenney Kelley. After the two-night Big Brother 26 premiere, when AI character Ainsle turned the game upside down, secret competition winners Makensy Manbeck and Quinn Martin will receive powers of either the Deep Fake HOH or America's Veto, while competition losers Chelsie Baham and Cedric Hodges’ became BB mascots. They can't compete for HOH, the Power of Veto, or vote this week, but they're both eligible to be nominated and evicted.

The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Angela nominated Lisa, Kimo, and Kenney for eviction. Longtime Big Brother fans will notice that there are three nominees instead of just two. However, based on what the houseguests have been saying on the live feeds, it seems that there will actually be four nominees in the end. This is related to the BB AI twist. Perhaps the fourth nominee is part of the Deep Fake HOH.

When the Big Brother 26 live feeds returned, Angela was seen apologizing to Kimo for nominating him. Then Lisa was seen confronting Angela about being nominated. Angela cried, and told Lisa that she had no time to pull her aside to tell her before the nomination ceremony. Lisa told her that she was blindsided. Angela assured Lisa that she was safe because she had the numbers. Angela also said that Kenney is her real target, not Lisa and Kimo. However, Lisa reminded Angela that pawns go home.

The first HOH is always a tough one because the game is so new, and it's hard to justify nominating people. It's surprising that Angela didn't go with the obvious choices of Chelsie and Cedric as nominees. However, earlier in the game, she was seen talking to Joseph Rodriguez about creating a nine-person alliance with Chelsie, Cedric, Quinn, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Leah Peters, Brookyn Rivera, and Rubina Bernabe. Since Angela is one of the oldest Big Brother 26 houseguests at 50 years old, she's smart to align herself with younger players who might have strengths that are different from hers.

Big Brother 26 is already very unpredictable because of the BB AI twist. With the two secret powers in play, these nominees might not even be on the chopping block when it comes time to play the Power of Veto or for the eviction. Angela might find herself in a very difficult position if everyone she nominates ends up safe. She'll have to work hard to make sure that doesn't happen. Big Brother 26 is already a wild ride.
