July 2024 slowed down with theatrical releases but still brought some of this year’s biggest movies. Among July’s most notable theatrical releases were Despicable Me 4, the horror movies Maxxxine, Longlegs, and Oddity, the rom-com Fly Me To The Moon, the disaster movie Twisters, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Deadpool & Wolverine. August will bring even bigger movies to theaters, such as Shyamalan’s latest movie, a romantic movie starring Blake Lively, Eli Roth’s take on a popular video game, a new Alien movie, a reimagining of The Crow, and a lot more.
