Human Design: August 2024 Monthly Trends

This month’s planet transits discussed by Marga; “This month it is important to take a look at our Human Design birth chart to see what our situation is…”

The sun also represents the ego for a certain reason; because light comes from the sun, it feels ‘it is my light’. The moon simply reflects, the moon is a mirror: it simply reflects the sunlight; hence it knows ‘I am nobody – all is God’s. I am no one – just a mirror reflecting the beauties of God’. Except for the rapid movements of the Moon which during the month will briefly touch all the Gates, and therefore define all the Channels, we will very often have a “reflector” month, that is, a month without definitions.

It will be a very lunar month, therefore, in a certain way, the energy will often be “reflected”, exactly as the Moon does with the rays of the Sun. At the level of general cosmic energy this means that there will be no particular directions and indications, but only a vast, rather neutral field…

The presence of 3 retrograde planets, Saturn (Gate 22, Grace), Neptune (Gate 25, Innocence) and Pluto (Gate 60, Limitation), and Mercury from the 5th to the 28th of the month, in Gate 59, Intimacy, will make the atmosphere even more mysterious and… in suspence.

Naturally, the planets – even if they do not form Channels with each other – they will interact with one’s natal planets. Therefore, dynamism, action and manifestation will still be guaranteed on a personal level, especially for those who have the following Gates in their design: Gate 12, Standstill; Gate 51, Arousing; Gate 3, Beginning; Gate 6, Conflict Resolution, and Gate 36, Crisis Resolution; the latter only until August 17 when Jupiter moves from Gate 35, Progress, to Gate 45, Aggregation, opening up new possibilities for those who have Gate 21, Control.

The Channels involved will be: 12-22, Opening; 25-51, Initiation; 3-60, Mutation; 6-59, Connection; 35-36, Transitoriness and 21-45, Money.

So, this month it is really important to take a look at our Human Design birth chart to see what our situation is… Or, for once, we can forget about the transits and just follow the Moon on its path in the sky, perhaps really looking at it, beyond its astrological position, and be enchanted by its beauty and magic…
