After her demise, Rennala becomes an ally, and you receive the Great Rune of the Unborn . This item bestows you the option to perform a Perfect Rebirth at Rennala's will.

Subsequently, you can trade a Larval Tear with Rennala to reset your character's stats. During the rebirth process, all your stats revert to their initial levels, and you must redistribute your points to your desired skills.

Siofra River in Elden Ring can be reached by taking the lift at either the Siofra River Well in Limgrave or the Deep Siofra Well in Caelid.

You can reach Nokron by descending into Starfall Crater in southern Mistwood (east Limgrave). This crater is created by a falling star, shown in a cutscene after the demise of Starscourge Radahn.

To access Nokron, Eternal City, you must first defeat Starscourge Radahn in Elden Ring at Redmane Castle in Caelid. Only after Radahn is killed is the pathway to Nokron accessible.

Ainsel River Main is another underground region, accessible by progressing through Ranni's quest in Elden Ring. To enter, you must give Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade, granting you access to a Waygate at the top of Renna's Rise. The Larval Tears in this area are mainly found in Nokstella, Eternal City, which you can reach by following the river west from the northern Uhl Palace Ruins.

Alternatively, you can access Ainsel River Main without completing Ranni's quest by resting in the coffin and riding to Deeproot Depths after defeating the Valiant Gargoyle in Siofra Aqueduct.

Three Larval Tears are in this underground region, all found near one another. Completing Ranni's questline is worthwhile as it provides the quickest route to this region. Accessing it via Deeproot Depths is more challenging and is a mid-to-late game segment of Elden Ring.

Defeating Mohg is the only way to enter the DLC in Elden Ring. After the battle, you can teleport to the Land of Shadow by touching Miquella's Withered Arm, which hangs out of the cocoon at the back of the boss arena.
