In the preview for Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers #122, Billy awakens in Zordon's time warp, where he's being imprisoned, interrogated, and above all else, scolded.
As the Power Rangers continue to combat Dark Specter in the midst of their Darkest Hour, the previous issue showcased Billy at his most stressed and desperate. The pressure is on as he keeps seeing manifestations of the late Grace Sterling – another mentor and the original first ever Red Ranger – in his mind, as in her death, she put the weight of saving the Morphin Grid on his shoulders. In an effort to be the ultimate problem solver, Billy concludes the only way to save the Morphin Grid is to shatter it all over again.
In the preview for Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers #122, Billy awakens in Zordon's time warp, where he's being imprisoned, interrogated, and above all else, scolded for what he did last issue. Despite his actions, Billy doesn't understand the full extent of what he did, or at least was so intent on doing the right thing that he overlooked whatever wrong could come from his decision. Zordon points out all of the harm from Billy's actions. Aside from hurting his friends (physically and emotionally), he's actually shattered the grid.
Doing bad things in an attempt to do good is reminiscent enough of Drakkon's downfall, making it safe to say [Billy is] at the same risk.

In an alternate timeline, Tommy Oliver – clouded by confusion and tempted by a desire to do what he considered right his own way – remained evil after having Rita Repulsa's spell broken, becoming Lord Drakkon. Until the emergence of Dark Specter, Drakkon was considered the most dangerous foe in Power Rangers history.
Billy isn't the first person to shatter the grid, as before him, it was Lord Drakkon. Even if his intentions were good at the start, Tommy let himself be corrupted as Drakkon. While Billy is showing no signs of becoming pure evil, as Drakkon did before his recent death, doing bad things in an attempt to do good is reminiscent enough of Drakkon's downfall, making it safe to say he's at the same risk. If Zordon's pep talk doesn't work, he could lose one of his best Power Rangers.
