Close

Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc episode #3, “The Tenacious Texas Bronco!,” continued the fight between Terryman and Max Radial, with Terryman struggling to stand after taking one massive blow after another. Just when it seemed like Terryman was done for, though, he noticed a crack in one of Max Radial’s tires, and while it tore up his body even further, Terryman kept attacking it until the tire was destroyed. From there, Terryman hit Max Radial with one powerful move after another until he finally won the match.

Terryman nearly collapsed from his injuries, but Kinnikuman was there to catch him and join him in the battle against the Perfect Large Numbers. At the same time, Max Radial regained consciousness, disbelieved by his loss as Strong the Budo made his shinai ominously float over to the ring. From there, it was reiterated that Perfect Chojin are expected to pay the price for failure, so Max Radial used Strong the Budo’s shinai to kill himself, angering Terryman as it went against the Justice Chojin’s ideology of fighting just to reach an understanding with others.

After announcing that the other Justice Chojin were almost done with their recovery, the Perfect Large Numbers summoned a giant gun that fired them like bullets through a large stone structure. Each of them went to the home country of one of the Justice Chojin in preparation for a fight, and with one of them still in Japan, Kinnikuman took it upon himself to go after Perfect Fright, Peek a Boo. Terryman attempted to go back to America and fight Strong the Budo, but at the last second, Terryman was intercepted by a group of mysterious figures in black robes.

Kinnikuman Already Spoiled The Identities Of Its Mysterious New Characters

While Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc episode #3 made a mystery out of the new group of characters getting in Terryman’s way, but their identities should be obvious. So far, the series is doing a great job of bringing the Kinnikuman manga’s stellar action to life, and it’s made every episode great to watch from start to finish.

Everything following Terryman’s victory was great to see as well. There’s still plenty to love about Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc, and that’s sure to stay true as it moves into its next storyline.
