While their squabbles began when Bri and Ellie had their eye on deckhand Joe Bradley, their feud began to affect their work.

Despite their chat with Aesha, Ellie and Bri continue to fight. The chief stew is usually excellent at mitigating issues in the interior crew, but Aesha explained on Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 that dealing with Ellie and Bri was the most difficult managerial situations she's been in. Every time Aesha talked with Bri, she took her side, but when she listened to Ellie, she could see her side too. The chief stew couldn't tell which of them was in the right.

Additionally, Ellie might have neglected to clean the cabins on purpose before leaving on her break, leaving Bri to do extra work before the guests came back from their excursion.

Despite promising to remain professional and work together, Bri and Ellie's inability to find a middle ground proves they can't work together. Their feud affects their ability to serve guests effectively, and Captain Sandy needs to take action. Additionally, their issues stress Chief Stew Aesha, who can only do so much work in a day.

It's difficult to say whether Ellie or Bri are in the wrong after a season-long feud. Ellie was rude to Bri from the beginning and resented her for having an interest in Joe. She was also concerned with Bri's respect for her as the second stew. However, Ellie also might do things like not cleaning the cabins to sabotage Bri, which is wrong. Bri seems bad at her job, consistently making mistakes and letting her emotions distract her. However, Ellie undoubtedly treats Bri disrespectfully, which would be frustrating to deal with.

Ultimately, it seems both Bri and Ellie are in the wrong. They can't seem to get along and actively sabotage each other. Therefore, Captain Sandy might need to fire both of them on Below Deck Mediterranean. Hopefully, this will be a lesson Bri and Ellie on how to deal with conflict and difficult relationships after their time onboard the Mustique.
