The platinum Targaryen wig suits him, and it also proves he can pass as the Malfoy family patriarch in the Harry Potter TV show. Isaacs took on a similar look when playing the character, and every time I see Mitchell as Aemond Targaryen, I can't help but note the resemblance.

He can also be fearsome and charming, two attributes Lucius can wield when he needs to.

Martin's Fire & Blood, though he requires additional characterization, as it reads a bit like a historical text. But if Mitchell can draw such an impressive interpretation of Aemond from Fire & Blood, he can surely bring Lucius Malfoy to life.
