Nymphahri on Reddit, an experienced cosplayer, has created their own unique portrayal of the underrated Flower Breathing user. In the cosplay images, they are wearing a white kimono and a black Demon Slayer Corps uniform.

However, the uniform is not the typical shirt and pants outfit. It consists of a long-sleeved shirt, a skirt, and a white belt, to better reflect Kanao's style and personality. They also wear a pair of long, white socks and beige-colored shoes to further accessorize the outfit. Even their kimono itself is tied together with hot pink ties, further decorating the unique look.

Kanao's Nichirin katana is also depicted in the cosplay, in a bright shade of pink with white accents. The cosplayer's dark brown hair is tied into a side ponytail with bangs, identical to Kanao's in the series. Finally, one of the most outstanding aspects of this look is the massive green and pink butterfly clip resting on the side of the cosplayer's head. This fun hair accessory holds deep meaning too, reminding the character of her sister, Kanae, who unfortunately passed away in a demon battle. Kanao wears her hair clip to carry on her memory and her legacy.

Out of all the demon slayers in the series, Kanao is, unfortunately, one of the most underrated of the bunch. She practices Flower Breathing, the same style her sister Kanae did. As well as utilizing this Breathing Style, she is an excellent combatant and swordswoman, strong, intelligent, and perseverant through even life's greatest challenges. She often flies under the radar, but her level of skill should not be underestimated or underappreciated, because she is absolutely exceptional in battle. The true extent of her powers becomes abundantly clear during Demon Slayer's Infinity Castle arc, in which she fights Doma.

Kanao is physically and mentally strong, gifted with numerous battle skills, courageous beyond belief, and loving, especially to her sisters.
